About St Mary’s
St Mary’s is a Grade I listed building which has a prominent presence in the centre of the village. The Church is currently in the process of trying to obtain an Heritage Lottery Funding Grant to address the structural issues, which we hope will create a sustainable building that can be used by the community and provide an opportunity to expand the range of services on offer. We hold a regular Holy Communion service on the third Sunday of every month at 9am. We hold additional services for Easter, Harvest Festival and Christmas. Our Christmas Pageant on Christmas Eve is very well supported by the local community and the surrounding villages.
