This year, we're trying something different with respect to our Annual Parochial Church Meetings ("APCMs", as they are known) - we're all going to come together for one, big gathering, hosted in St. Thomas' Aslockton and the Thomas Cranmer Centre, on Sunday, 10th May, into which we'll fit all our APCMs!

On 10th May only, we’ll have a 10am Whole-Benefice Service, in St. Thomas'. We'll combine elements of our two regular 9am and 11am services - there will still be Cranmer Kids (but from 10am, of course), and we'll share Holy Communion.

We’ll have special refreshments after the service, and then all go back into the church for a Review of Benefice Life in 2025, with a look forward to the rest of 2026 also, and a chance to ask questions. After this Review, refreshments will continue, and you'll be able to continue to mingle, meet old friends and make new ones.

There will then be a super-speedy "carousel" of all six parishes' APCMs in the TCC. These meetings will focus on what we have to do by law – approve accounts; elect Church Wardens, Treasurers and Secretaries; and a number of other bits.
All from each village will be invited to participate in their church’s meeting.
