Christmas Tree Festival

We are pleased to announce that Aslockton Christmas Tree festival is back on this year for the 7th year. We hope the trend will continue and the number of trees for 2019 will increase to make it even more amazing than last year. This can only be achieved with your help. A tree representing your family or loved one, your club, business or organisation. 
There is no charge for participating in our festival, or for coming to view it. The aim is to make the church more beautiful and put Aslockton on the map as we produce something special at this time of year.
To join in simply bring your tree along between 2nd Dec – 6th Dec. You can decorate it as you wish with or without lights and we will incorporate it in our display. The Church will then be open to the public from 7th Dec through to New Years day inclusive for anyone who wishes to visit the display. Christmas Cheer concert – tickets available now

Christmas Cheer concert – 6th December 7pm

After 12 successful years at Granby church the Granby and Sutton singers are going on tour! They will be with us as Aslockton on the 6th December at 7pm to get us in the Christmas spirit. The ladies in cloaks and bonnets ans the gentleman in dinner suits and top hats creates a wonderful festive feeling reminiscent of victorian Christmases as they sing a variety of nostalgic Christmas inspired songs. The audience are encouraged to join in. The singers are also accompanied by organ and accordian with support from hand bell ringers.

Refreshments will be available including mulled wine and mince pies.
